I have instructed and performed music for Nursing Homes and have coordinated/taught for Music Counts which provides music lessons to under-privileged youth. I have also developed leadership roles in my studies at Mannes in both composition courses and Michael Bacons Film Scoring and Music Technology course. Most recently, I have worked as an Audio/Video Editor and Sound Engineer for NV Factory. While there I did live camera and microphone operation for classical music concerts as well as mixing and mastering in post-production using ProTools 12 and Final Cut Pro X. Read More

I am new to teaching but I have worked as an organizer and choir leader in my high school and college, giving me the experience I need to have an organized curriculum for new students that is interesting and actually impactful. I aim to teach younger beginner guitarists how to best pick up the instrument and learn by playing the songs that they actually like! By trying to find out what inspires the students, I can successfully tailor my instruction to their wants and needs. Read More

I love to see my students face light up and smile when they finally get a pattern on the drums they were having a hard time with. If not I encourage my students to perform in musical programs in and out of school. Read More
