Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

With every new student I will take the time to learn what your goals and desires are. We will discuss your current vocal practices and repertoire. Typically I like to spend the beginning of our lessons vocalizing and warming up the voice. Vocalizing will be allow me to hear your current abilities and range, allowing me to accurately judged where your voice lies and how to move forward. I offer 45-minute and 60-minute lessons. I work with people of all ages ranging from 4-100! Many of my students sing in bands or in karaoke and have never had a voice lesson before. My frequent students are guys who want to improve their vocal stamina while singing in a band, usually with guitar. I have also worked with singers preparing for a musical theatre role, auditions, and concerts. I love performing, myself, but I love seeing my students in action. Read More

Many my students have improved their struggles through piano lessons. Each year we have our annual piano recital at the National Opera America Center. Students can learn and improve their skills through preparation and performing on stage at the beautiful recital hall. I have been teaching voice students from age 12 to adult. They all learn singing for different purposes, and some of them were even being criticized as tone death in the past, but I never give up to help any students who love to sing. Read More

I use the "bel canto" technique in my approach to singing, which translates to "beautiful singing". To me, beauty of sounds is the most important thing. Establishing a solid technique for singing healthily comes first, and artistry will follow. Technique and artistry are dependent upon each other. I always start with applicable musical theory to help the student understand the basics of piano and what are the proper techniques to play the instrument. The same applies to voice lessons. After a student is able to read music on the basic level and knows the placement of notes on the scale, we proceed to the basic repertoire and practice. Each student is individual, so based on the pace I create a schedule, which always includes implementing the learnt material more and more, so that student can perform basics automatically correct.
