I'm a passionate and motivated instructor who loves working with students and sharing my love of music. In 2018, I graduated from Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance. Performing across the country has been one of the greater experiences of my life as a musician, as well as having the opportunity to teach students of all ages and seeing their passion for music expand. I began assisting teachers during high school for extra credit. It later became my job during Full Sail. I worked extensively with grades K-5 on reading, writing and math skills enrichment. When I graduated I started to see my joy was working with children and helping each individual get to their own "next level" and that is when I began teaching music privately. I encourage my students to enter competitions and recitals of which I help with the prep for and can conduct them there if need be.  Read More

My musical background consist on teaching students more than playing piano, but educating them on music. It is important to give the students the opportunity to be great at what they like doing. I would advise my students to practice every single day for at least one to two hours and also I would prepare a recital piece for them to see how well theyve learned.
