Students are often encouraged to self-evaluate and set their own level of rigor. I began assisting teachers during high school for extra credit. It later became my job during Full Sail. I worked extensively with grades K-5 on reading, writing and math skills enrichment. From there we move on to learning music theory, Open throat technique as well as specific techniques involving the students preferred Genre. We soon push the boundaries of what they think they are capable of and allows them to apply the music theory in real time.
