Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. I like to get to know the student as I am teaching so I create small breaks to get to know who I am teachign and their interest, so that I may taylor my lessons to the student. For beginning students I like to use essential elements books as a guide for their practice. Then, after vocalizing and assessing the voice, I'll start the students with English art songs or 24 Italian Songs Arias, or some classic music theater repertoire. I try to give each student an idea whats coming next, every few lessons or so, while practicing what their on currently.
