I am a graduate of Lawrence University with a BA in Music (Piano) and German. I've played piano for almost 20 years, but in college performed more with voice. In college as a BA candidate I was able to take a variety of lessons, including classical piano (my major), jazz piano, classical voice, and jazz voice. I was hooked and for my Girl Scout Gold Award in high school, I ran a theater company for children of social service recipients. While there, I studied with Richard Miller, regarded by many as one of the greatest voice teachers of the 20th century. I am a graduate from SAE institute with an A.A.S Degree in Sound Audio Engineer, which also qualify me to teach DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) software like Protools, Ableton and more.
