I am a professional guitar player and instructor living in Pickerington Ohio. I have retired from road work and now plan to dedicate all of my time to teaching. I have spent most of the last 20 years teaching 80 plus students a week. Though I did not attend college I started playing professionally at age 17 and have played Rock, Blues , and Country all over the United States ever since. I've been teaching guitar for the past 12 years, and more recently bass, ukulele, piano/keys, voice, percussion and studio recording as well. Regarding my methodology, I always adapt my classical vocal technique to the needs and the musical tastes of the students. My main goal is to help students achieving their goals, whatever they are! For beginning students who are children, I typically start with easy technical exercises.
