My Masters Degree -Flute Performance is from The University of Michigan where I studied with Leone Buyse as a full scholarship student.While in Michigan, I had a large studio of private students in many local high schools.I taught at college music preparatories and privately while in Cleveland, Ohio where I studied with piccoloist William Hebert at Baldwin Wallace College Conservatory of Music, also under scholarship. I began teaching private French horn students in 2011, and I have been teaching music in various ways since then. I have been both a general music and a band teacher, working with students in Preschool through Eighth Grade. With my private students I emphasize regular practice as the best way to improve and keep having fun with an instrument.
