I enjoy working with students of all ages and abilities, and pride myself on being able to teach pretty much anyone and everyone. I begin all students with the same fundamentals: a healthy, natural, honest voice centered on the breath and not forced into any specific mold. While I aim to help students become their best, I ultimately want them to have fun above all else. I believe progress looks different for everyone, and I am very patient and happy to go over something more than once. Learning an instrument is more of a marathon than a sprint in my eyes, and I hope to guide each student on their own musical path. My goal is to get you to not need me as quickly as possible. Every singer needs not one, but multiple coaches over their lifetime. While you may have 1 main coach, many Vocalist find the best way to not plateau in their development is to work with several coaches to keep improving. I am a passionate and motivated instructor who loves working with students and sharing my love of music. Performing in many different environments from singing the National Anthem for dignitaries to Musical Theater from the age of 15. I have lived all over the world and being the daughter of a Diplomat has given me wonderful opportunities to perform in many different cultures. I love for each student to leave their lesson excited about the music they create! I am an encouraging teacher, but I help my students set realistic goals (and stretch goals!) that keep them motivated to progress in their musicianship. How our lessons progress really depends on the student in question. If they would like to pursue competitions, I am well equipped to help. If they choose to develop their skills in a lower stakes environment without any competitions, that's also completely fine. Read More
