I've been teaching lessons for a number of years now, and am looking for new students in the Orlando area. I feel like a strong grasp of the basics of technique will help any student reach their goal. I am passionate about teaching music because I see how many people live their every day lives with such a huge amount of talent, and no one to guide them or encourage them. I love to be that person for my students, and help them reach their potential and their own personal goals in music while overcoming any self doubt.

For beginning voice students, I'll introduce them to the basics of singing, such as breath support, tone, etc. We'll start with some classical songs in order to cement good technique, and then branch out into the different types of music that the student would like to explore. For beginning piano/keyboard students, we'll begin with Piano Adventures Book 1 by Faber and progress through lesson books until the student is comfortable trying solo pieces. All beginning students will also receive instruction on sight reading and recognizing notes.
