I am a passionate performer and teacher who loves sharing my love for music with students. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing and Vocal Performance. I continued my training at Manhattan School of Music and received my Master of Music in Voice in 2016. I have been in the entertainment business since I was 7 years old, appearing in the movie "Here We Go Round The Mulberry Bush". I did a 4 year degree course at The University Of Hertfordshire in Musical Theater and went on to be a hit songwriter. In the 90's I was signed by Simon Cowell to his record company in London. I teach from a flexible curriculum depending on the student's goals and interests. If someone wants to learn technique, music theory, songwriting, how to play Taylor Swift songs, arranging, composing, confidence, et cetera we will work on what is driving them to take lessons and learn! If the student is younger I will provide them with an organized syllabus and “fun” damentals! If they are older, I will help them find a way to stick with the music and accomplish their goals. I began teaching music when I was 18, I began teaching private drums and piano lessons in my home studio, I've been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 7 years. Upon graduation, I got my first music teacher position at Rishon Lezion conservatory, I taught private saxophone, flute, drums, and piano lessons as well as group music theory lessons and directed students ensembles. My style is relaxed, confident and detailed. I am passionate about the music and love to see my students enjoying the art of expressing themselves and communicating through song. I begin each lesson with yoga, strand deep breathing. I believe that the body should be as free from stress as possible and that my student’s breathing should be as natural and organic as possible.
