I have performed extensively throughout Europe and the U.S., and in every major concert hall in NYC including Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, St. John the Divine and many other landmark locations. A big motto of hers is "Let me do the thinking for you!" Greater advice can not be given to a singer. If the work is put in, the trust must accompany it. My studio stands out because I teach students of all ages. I have experience working with children as young as four years old. It is often difficult to find teachers who are willing to work with musicians at such a young age, so I make that a staple of my practice. I also stand out because I focus specifically pedagogy. Pedagogy is the studying of teaching, so for the last several years it has been my priority to learn all of the techniques in teaching and to apply those methods when working with my students. My teaching experience dates back to my high school days, as I rose to become section leader of the clarinet section in band and section leader of the alto section in choir. Since then, I have been teaching private lessons to students of all different ages and skill levels, as well as individuals with disabilities. Encouraging practice schedules and routine is something I like to emphasize in younger students. I aim to bring my students individual musical interests into our class as that tends to keep them more engaged. Read More
