I basically teach as I've been taught by the masters. There are musical essentials that must be mastered for every musician, with no exceptions. This has always been the case throughout history, and in all fields for that matter. Never allow yourself to get bogged down by futility; there is always another way. Read More

I have worked with special needs kids and adults since I graduated, then after a brief period of break due to having my own children, I am back to teaching piano lessons. I have worked in schools and hospitals since my internship before graduating and now teaching in my home studio. Some other tidbits about me are that I have Perfect Pitch, which means that I can quickly learn and notate music for you that you want to learn, and that I am also proficient in music production and notation software if you need help or want to record anything Read More

In addition, acknowledging accomplishments help fuel students' desire to progress, and makes students eager to learn more. Read More
