During my university years, I embarked on my teaching career, which has spanned over 20 years, even after immigrating to the United States. I try to get to know the students as best as I can. I will ask them about their interests in music and outside of music. I also will learn what their weaknesses and strengths are and push them to improve all around. I have a pretty laid back style of teaching. Each lesson is personally tailored to the students needs, with a focus on where that individual student needs to grow.
