Some students do very well working through publications of lesson books, while others seem to do better with a less structured approach driven more by listening and muscle memory. I have played with numerous bands throughout my career. My love of music has always been a driving force in my life. My ensembles have consistently placed well in regional/national/international competitions and my private students have successfully auditioned for such colleges as Eastman, Berklee, West Chester University, North Texas, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
