My teaching experience dates back to my high school days, as I began teaching private lessons part time 8 years ago, and have been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 3 years. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points I like to emphasize for younger students, as it tends to help the student progress and gain a passion for the instrument. My teaching began in high school when my history teacher asked if I'd give his son guitar lessons. I had so much fun that after I graduated college in 2016, I immediately began teaching again! What began as a part time teaching schedule quickly blossomed into 60+ students per week, teaching at two private music schools in the Providence, RI, area.
