Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, I have entertained audiences in several different countries and I bring a unique blend of multicultural experiences into everything I do. My teaching experience is fairly new but as a senior I helped many of the incoming freshman with their technique and how to approve upon it. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule i one of the key points I like t emphasize for all students, as it helps the student to progress and gain a higher understanding and confidence in their voice. I regularly suggest music which complements the work we are doing to strengthen the voice, create flexibility, or consistency of tone. I am a bit of a perfectionist, but I also hold myself to that high standard. I am a motivated and fun-loving music teacher of all age ranges. I have been teaching private voice and piano lessons since I was a senior in high school, and I love working with all of my students and watching them grow throughout the course of our lessons. I graduated magna cum laude from The Hartt School in 2001, receiving my BFA in Musical Theatre Performance.
