I started teaching private piano lessons while getting my masters in piano. I have over 25 years of experience and can adapt my teaching style according to the needs of the students. I have worked with students with IEPs in school, retired individuals who just want to enjoy making music, and very young beginners. Sme of my students have continued their musical studies and have been accepted in music colleges. For beginning students who are children, it would be about really listening to notes, begin to emulate the sound of a note, in keeping it simple, with learning breathing techniques to protect the vocal cords and understanding the process of Diaphragmatic Breathing.
