The students I teach at the college are mostly Theater Arts majors, but all of them enjoy learning a basis in classical technique. I believe Faber books do an excellent job at covering all areas of music. I make sure to keep tabs on my students' practicing as I believe in consistency. I began teaching in high school due to me being the student director of the choir and my choir director knowing my background vocally, encouraged me to help some of the incoming students and choir hopefuls. By the end of my junior year of high school, I was giving private lessons 5 times a week and directed some pieces during competitions.
