I teach a breath based technique with a focus on relaxation. I want to help each individual find their true instrument. I like to use the 24 Italian Songs and Arias (Italian Art Songs) book as a basis for learning breath technique, legato, use of vowels and musicality, as well as being exposed to a foreign language. I have been teaching for almost 10 years, in Philadelphia schools such as Olney High School, Nueva Esperanza, AMLA Latin School for The Performing Arts, Taller Puertorriqueo, and Philly Music Lessons. I have been consistently teaching students in my home studio within the last 6 years. Before returning to PA in the summer of 2017, I taught Preschool-6th Grade general music in Richmond and Oakland, CA. Along with classroom teaching, I've taught voice, guitar, ukulele, piano and group music classes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
