I get more pleasure and comfort knowing that this is something they want to do for themselves and not something I or their parents are forcing them to do. I attended the LA County High School for the Art for three years, through which time I became serious about learning music. I went on to earn the Bob Cole Conservatory Scholarship at CalState Long Beach. My favorite courses were Brass Chamber Music and my various music history courses.
