Hi y'all! I'm a saxophonist, clarinetist, and composer in the East Atlanta metro area. I love teaching and have maintained a private studio since 2018. My loves for performance and composition led me to get two Bachelors degrees in Saxophone Performance and Composition from the University of Georgia in 2023. Typically when I begin with children I incorporate the Hoffman Method and Books such as the Little Mozarts books, Alfred, Faber and Master Theory. I allow for children to learn fundamentals in a fun way so they can begin to read music and perform if they are interested. Students get to learn the basics like Mary had a little lamb, hot cross buns, jingle bells, and other fun tunes. One of my greatest joys have always been to see my students make progress and express how happy they are with themselves after working hard, and this is one of my greatest motivations to teach and give teaching all that I've got.
