I have been teaching for over 10 years. I have taught many students in multiple instruments and genres. I have a tendency for keeping students for many years and have had students go on to recording their own discs, music schools for college and taking their experience right to the stage for live shows. I encourage my students to develop their art and play live as much as they can. With over 25 years of playing multiple instruments, multiple music degress, constantly playing live concerts and writing music scores, I can teach and help develop my students in a way that will help them with their art and other aspects of their lives. In middle and high school, I performed on saxophone, bassoon, drum set, all percussion, and guitar every year. I performed jazz, classical, military, big band, and marching band music. Served as head of the drumline in high school and taught many musicians how to perform on the snare drum, multi-tenors, bass drums, and mallet percussion.
