Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance. My teaching experience started while I was in college, as I began teaching drumline in 2011, and I have been consistently teaching a variety of drumlines and individual students ever since.
