Then I like to begin to work on finger shape when playing, as well as basic scales. I have a bachelor's degree in saxophone performance from Nazareth College and a master's degree in jazz performance from DePaul University. In pursuit of my degrees, I performed classical repertoire in solo recitals while also performing with jazz ensembles, wind ensembles, and saxophone ensembles. For all beginning students I use use various method books, as well as work on the student's memorization skills. n my curriculum, students will start off by learning the basics of the guitar, knowing the parts,accessories and so forth.
