I believe it is very important for the student to understand how these aspects of playing coincide with each other, and how they are equally essential to music playing. Once I started college in Buenos Aires(Argentina) in a music composition degree I worked with several masters in a multitude of instruments(violin, flute, trumpet, guitar) which i was able to start teaching and performing live.
