2008-2012 Placed in top level duet and solo competitions, and performed in various concerts, recitals, and private venues through the ASM School Of Music in ensemble and solo settings.
-2012-2013 Performed in the Miami-Dade College concert jazz band/guitar concert band.
-2011 Built and managed the music department at KidWorks USA temporarily.
--Overview:
Throughout the years, music had undeniably been my source of motivation for everyday life and has taught me skills such as determination and patience that I have been able to apply to every aspect of daily life. Music has helped broaden my horizens and my goal is to take that which I've learned from my music and give that to my students. I attended Miami-Dade College for Music and Music Education with a primary in guitar, and am currently continuing my studies at the Art Institute for Audio Production. I have taught at several schools including one in which I graduated from, and privately on my own as well. I've played with a wide variety of musicians, both experienced and unexperienced, young and old, and have learned from all of my experiences. I look forward to helping create new young musicians that will eventually be the world's leaders in creativity, and those who wish to learn music as a self-rewarding experience.

METHODS USED
I typically teach with method books as references for younger students, occasionally using printouts to give to students to take home and study in order to have a better undertanding of what was gone over in class. As students become more proficient in music reading and theory understanding, we develop an understanding of what the student would prefer to learn in regards to genre and focus on that, and the technical aspects of playing that lead to proficiency in that genre and style.
LESSON STYLE
My approach is focused very much on performance, technicalities, and theory. I believe it is very important for the student to understand how these aspects of playing coincide with each other, and how they are equally essential to music playing. Before giving a student a piece of music to play, I will always play it befoehand and dissect the song into portions that I feel need special attention. I encourage playing with other musicians, and always try to teach the art ofimprovisation, so that the students can learn to play not only by themselves, but with other musicians, using the musicial understanding that it takes to improvise.
