The duo recently placed second in the Best Composers Series for Best Bartok Performance for their performance of Bartoks Romanian Folk Dances. Ms. Kaitlin H. is currently completing her masters degree in flute performance at The Hartt School under Janet Arms. She previously completed her undergraduate degree in flute performance with a minor in social media under Dr. Susanna Lowey and Janet Axelrod. I am a graduate student at SUNY Purchase, and will be receiving my Master's degree in Music Performance this spring. I received my Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from SUNY Fredonia in 2016. Throughout my studies, I have been fortunate enough to perform with the Western New York Chamber Orchestra and learn from renowned flutists -- including Gary Schocker, Ian Clarke, and Tara O'Connor (my current teacher).
