However, I will typically move students through the method book quickly and get right into performance repertoire that is appropriate for their age and level. I started teaching private lessons during college, and I have consistently had a studio of students including elementary schoolers to adults. In my last semester of undergraduate studies, I student taught with an elementary and a high school band. My favorite thing to teach is flute lessons!
