I have played with multiple orchestras community and semi-professional and community bands in Central Florida. I have also participated in WGI and DCI ensembles as a mallet or Synth or keyboard player. I studied classical voice for two years with Mark Baker former tenor for the Met Opera house. For younger students I start off really easy because I want the student to not be intimidated by the learning curve of instrument mastery. I strive to make the student feel like they are succeeding every step of the way. I am very enthusiastic about teaching. I try to make the experience for my students as rewarding for them as possible. It is such a wonderful thing when students develop a passion for music. I strongly encourage them to pursue their interests. My teaching style is methodical but very practical. I believe it is crucial that each student progresses at their own pace. I attended UNLV school of music for two years. I moved to Miami Florida where I obtained a full scholarship from MDCC.
