I hold a degree from Case Western Reserve University where I studied art and music theory. My professional experience includes singing with a Chorale that performed with the Cleveland Symphony and performances as a soloist with choirs in Ohio and Michigan. I encourage students to focus on what things feel like, and describe them, so that we can focus on what is working well! I believe in student-driven goal setting, so my students and I set a goal for each lesson. This allows them to push themselves but staying comfortable while doing so. Students will learn at their own pace while being supported and encouraged to push themselves outside of their comfort zones. I'e been playing since I've been a young child and have never been able to see myself do anything else. I am currently playing with the Dearborn Symphony Orchestra as well as the Michigan Philharmonic Symphony. I aspire to play with the Michigan Opera Theater soon and become a studio musician. I have lots of background playing in concerts outside of classical music such as rock, folk, and pop and love teaching such styles. Read More
