I received my Bachelor of Music in Choral Music Education in 2020, but have been performing since I was 11 years old. I am now a choir director in the Downriver area. I have experience with all populations and ages, allowing me to share the gift of music with anyone and everyone! I taught elementary school for a full year and now work with middle school aged students. I began teaching youth choirs right after graduating High School. With excellent instruction, I began a more studied teaching approach through my pedigogy class at Central Michigan University. Also, I helped my fellow classmates prepare for their performances. I am beginning to teach privately after continuing my vocal study with a Vocal Coach in the Detroit area. For piano, I teach primarily from the standpoint of the theory behind music, since piano is such an excellent instrument with which to "see" music.
