For percussion students, I teach hand exercises, foundational formal techniques, and traditional rhythms. I help students find repertoire they want to develop, and teach techniques for learning and performing music. I use a variety of materials for voice students. I may ask that my voice students purchase books of repertoire that contain songs useful for building on their strengths and working on their weaknesses.
