I have studied music since childhood and continued with two professional degrees in music. My first degree is in Vocal Performance my second is in Music Education. I have been a part of a collegiate piano studio throughout my undergraduate degree. I have been playing classical guitar since childhood, but didn't study it in a collegiate setting. I'm a musicologist,articles on rock roll published in Crawdaddy Magazine, a monograph on the natural history of R B completed and a book on the best pop tunes of the last century in the works. For beginning students who are children, I usually start with simple things as rhythm exercises that awake their musical aptitudes, and also a couple of musical games that allow the children to learn music but still have fun and bring the possibility to engage a very intimate relationship with their instrument.
