While in college, I maintained two dozen or so students within my own private studio. Some of these students were non-music majors that were given to me by my own voice professor. My approach to teaching emphasizes the importance of patience and forming building blocks that will take the student to where they want to go, over time. I like to encourage my students by focusing on small victories that happen in each lesson so that they are inspired to accomplish more and more as our lessons continue.
