No prior music experience is necessary: we will learn about reading music, music theory, and music history. I introduce students to short duets very early, as it makes a student feel confident in their ability to make a beautiful sound. During my education I worked with Florida States school of theater and dance. After graduation I landed a job with Holland America Cruise Line being a musician on there number one ship in 2011. The Timber Creek Regiment is a well recognized and successful band program in Orlando, FL. I became center snare in 2008 and percussion captain in 2009. I was accepted into the Florida State University in 2010, and became a part of the Big 8 Drumline snare line. Between 2010-2014, the Marching Chiefs performed at various social events, football games, fundraisers, parades, soccer games, volleyball games, basketball games, etc. And separately, the Big 8 Drumline performed at more events solo.
