I recently completed my Bachelors Degree in Music Education at Penn State University where I also studied Clarinet. I am devoted to becoming the best performer that I can be as well as the best teacher that I can be, as I see the areas enhancing one another. I am currently working towards my Masters Degree in Clarinet Performance at Duquesne University. Through my experience, I have been able to grow in my musicianship and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and love for music with future students. Read More

I've been a professor of guitar for more than two dozen years at four nearby universities, teaching through the Master's level in Jazz and Classical Guitar Performance. Many of my former students have been or are currently professors of guitar at colleges and universities (WVU, West Virginia Wesleyan, Kenyan, Fairmont State, McHenry, Bethany, Frostburg), have been admitted to prestigous musical conservatories or universities, placed as finalists in statewide musical competitions, or have established themselves as performers or teachers in the field. Instruments: Piano Organ
I use the John Schaum piano method course and theory and harmony lessons and supplement it with other music which the student may choose. The theory lessons provide a means to drill on the essentials by means of a work-book style in optional detached pages so that the teacher can take the papers and correct them before the next lesson. I prefer to correct them instantly and correct misunderstandings so that future assignments will be approached correctly. Read More

In 2019, I graduated from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music with my Masters in Early Music Voice, where I engaged in intense performance study of baroque and renaissance music along with many other styles. My performances and recordings have a particular focus on early seventeenth-century English and Italian vocal repertoire, which gives me the unique opportunity to allow historical research to inform my performances of the repertoire.
