I have worked for the Thornton Community Engagement Program and the University of Southern California during my freshman year of school. During my time in this program I have found multiple teaching techniques to engage the student in the rudimental material of theory through their favorite songs. I have played the drums for 25 years and have been teaching for 15 (as an instrumental teacher and a classroom music teacher).
