For all students, learning and being comfortable with all scales and keys is an essential fundamental skill I teach. I have written 2 drum books which I use as part of a comprehensive teaching method. All students will learn an equal balance of snare, rock, and jazz drumming, as well as soloing. I have also done some recording at Sigma Sound in the 70's with a group that wrote its own material. I am currently playing Guitar and Mandolin in a Christian Rock band.
