Once the student has progressed and has managed to grasp fundamentals, we can proceed to the next volumes within the same series. For adults, I typically do my best to see what they are interested, and will guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons intriguing. I have used many of the pedagogy books, and I know how to find best curriculum for getting students to where they need to be technically and musically.
