My teaching experience dates back even before my college days, as I began teaching at the West Lousiville Performance Academy over ten years ago, and have been teaching student since that time either in a choir or private lessons. The goal of music is for the student to enjoy what they are learning so that they will continue their lessons and look forward to lessons, not to feel high pressure and turn away from music altogether.
