I have a student centered approach to teaching music with research based methods supported by, not only my own experience, but experts in all fields of learning. The same technique, phrase, experience or activity will not work for every student. For beginning students with instruments, I like to use the Hal Leonard's Essential Elements and piano, I like to use Alfred's Basic Piano Course Lesson Book and for voice I use FULL VOICE Workbook. I know each student is different and prepared to adjust in any way to meet the student's need.
