Hi! I'm Maeve. I am a professional soprano with 13 years of instruction and 4 years of paid experience as a performer under my belt. Since 2011, I have attended voice programs at Interlochen Center for the Arts, Brevard Music Center, and VOICExperience, and I regularly work in churches and sing weddings. I recently graduated from the University of Kentucky, where I studied with Dr. Dennis Bender. My teaching experience began at the age of 16 when a few parents at the church I was involved in music ministry at became interested in getting guitar lessons for their children, so I began teaching guitar basics after Wednesday night service. Itaught trumpet lessons, general music courses and directed the childrens choral groups. I went on to teach high school as the Band Director at Walter L.
