My teaching experience dates back to the 1980's where I have taught Music Classes involving singing of worship music in religious elementary schools as well as teaching music theory, and music history. I was also a preschool teacher and taught preschool music enrichment classes. After school hours I enjoy teaching in my own home music studio, but due to pandemic have now switched to online music lessons. However, we have quite a few tunes where we have to transpose back up a half step to accommodate a harmonica solo (evidently, harmonicas don't come in flat keys) or a difficult keyboard solo. I also gave some lessons to a friend who had no prior brass experience, and that experience was the main point in how I developed my beginner lessons. Intermediate students work make good sound use bow slow and faster, contact bow differently and vibrato. To get better Vibrato work very slow vibrato to faster.
