I fell in love with music at a young age, hearing relatives sing and play, and began taking guitar and bass lessons as a teen.  I then majored in bass and music at Onondaga Community College, which is known for it's music program.  I have had the opportunity to tour the country with a band out of Austin, Texas, as a signed professional musician with a national act.  I recorded a love show for XM Radio, and have had a song played on NPR. Hello, I am currently finishing a Doctor of Musical Arts in Saxophone performance at the University of North Texas and am a teaching fellow there instructing undergraduate saxophone majors. I was originally accepted as a multiple woodwind major there as I have played flute and clarinet on cruise ships and jazz gigs as well as flute and clarinet classical works.
