For beginning students who are children, I often use the Andrew Scott Method for flute. When the student is considerably advance I will use the Rubank Book for flute begginers. Once the student is at a comfortable level, I will proceed to introduce him to Body Mapping. After years of training, she later moved to the United States to pursue her passion at the University of Utah under the guidance of Professor Caitlyn Valovick Moore (Piccolo Player in the Utah Symphony) and Lisa Byrnes (Associate Principal Flute in the Utah Symphony) on the Matthews Music Scholarship and the Gochnour Flute Scholarship. For beginner piano students I generally work out the Faber Piano Adventures and for adults I use The Older Beginner Piano Course by Bastien. For Flute students I use the Trevor Wye Beginners Book for the Flute. Clarinet I use the Rubank Method books.
