I have taught students of all ages from young to old, and beginner to advanced. My students are encouraged to participate in competitions and recitals. Once my student is able to grasp basic fundamentals and a healthy proper tone and technique, I will then be able to incorporate solo repertoire for future recitals and contests. I feel that this discovery element of music is extremely important. As the student progresses, I give them the opportunity to choose songs that are interesting to them.
