My teaching experience began in college when I start teaching my first voice students in 2017. I have taught voice lessons to beginners who need help matching pitch. For beginning piano students, I usually begin with the Alfred Prep Course, supplemented with a notespeller to help expedite learning to read music. I also begin ear training, chords, and solo repertoire as the student becomes ready. For voice students, I begin with breathing, vocal technique, and skill-level appropriate songs.
