I began teaching voice lessons in 1995 while living in Los Angeles, CA. I worked with many production and management companies developing unsigned and signed artists. I started teaching one-on-one so the students could get the results for strengthening their voice. As I always say "Singing is Breathing" so the first exercise I teach is proper diaphragmatic breathing to increase vocal range. The more fun they're having, the more likely they are to stick to it. For adults, I keep this same philosophy in tact, but incorporate more technique, theory, and performance practice into our sessions in order to facilitate the learning curve.
