To be a secure singer, you need to develop beauty, quality, and healthy production of the tone throughout the voice. We will work on proper breathing, support (they are different), “placement of the voice”, verticality of the sound and vowel modification. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson, while also gently pushing them to take their abilities to the next level when I see that they are ready to. For all students, my main objective is to help find and develop a healthy vocal technique so that the voice remains clear and beautiful for years to come.
